5. Warranty & Support

• All products come with brand/manufacturer warranty as mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Warranty claims must be made directly with the respective brand’s service center.
• We assist with warranty support when possible.

6. Returns & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged at delivery.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for such claims.
• No return accepted for physical or accidental damage after purchase.

• We ensure timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
