Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If payment has been made and your order is eligible for cancellation:

Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or out for delivery.
• For in-store pickups, cancellations must be made before collecting the item.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Customized orders, clearance items, and open-box or unsealed electronics are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
